ORAL POUCH CO-PACKING

The pouch isthe product.

PouchMade is an oral pouch co-packer. We manufacture buccal pouches, the small portion pouches that deliver caffeine, electrolytes, and botanicals under the lip, and we ship them canned, labeled, and release-tested under your brand. Formulation to fulfillment runs under one roof in our 53,000+ sq ft cGMP facility in Dallas, Texas.
TWO INDUSTRIES, ONE WORD

"Pouch co-packing" means two different things.

Most companies that call themselves pouch co-packers are food-packaging businesses. They fill stand-up pouches, sachets, and stick packs with a snack, powder, or liquid you already manufacture. The pouch is just the container.

That is not what we do. In our industry the pouch is the product: an oral pouch engineered to deliver actives through the buccal pocket. Making one takes formulation science, moisture control, release profile engineering, and dietary supplement compliance, none of which a flexible-packaging line provides.

If you need a container filled, we are the wrong call. If you need an oral pouch brand manufactured, formulated, filled, canned, and cleared for sale, this is the page you were looking for.

LINE CAPABILITIES

What our co-packing line runs.

01

Fill formats and moisture profiles

Three moisture profiles in production: moist, semi-moist, and dry. Standard pouch sizes with custom formats available, and release profiles tuned fast, sustained, or layered. We formulate to the profile your product needs, not what is easiest to run.

02

Canning and finishing

Standard can counts of 15, 20, and 25 pouches per can, with label finish options in matte, gloss, soft-touch, and foil. Can design and label systems are coordinated through our curated design network, and every label is reviewed by in-house QA before print.

03

Line capacity that scales

Production runs from 5,000 cans to 2 million cans per batch in our 53,000+ sq ft cGMP facility in Dallas, Texas. Active dosing runs from 0.5mg to 300mg per pouch across 180+ validated ingredients and 40+ in-house flavor systems.

04

Release with paperwork

Batch release testing, certificates of analysis, retention samples, and end-to-end lot traceability come standard on every run out of our FDA-registered facility. Your release documentation is ready before the product ships, not assembled after someone asks.

THE CASES

Who co-packs with us.

Brands leaving overseas suppliers

Pouch brands tired of ocean freight, customs delays, and quality surprises moving production to a US line with samples in about 2 weeks* and full documentation on every batch.

CPG brands entering the category

Supplement, beverage, and sports nutrition brands adding an oral pouch SKU without building pouch manufacturing knowledge in-house. One partner from formulation to canned product.

Growing lines that need capacity

Established pouch brands adding a second source or scaling past their current co-packer. Batches from 5,000 to 2 million cans mean the line grows with you instead of capping you.

QUESTIONS

Co-packing, answered.

No. We are not a flexible-packaging co-packer. We do not fill stand-up pouches, sachets, or stick packs with a food or beverage product you already make. We manufacture oral pouches: the small buccal pouches that sit under the lip and deliver actives like caffeine, electrolytes, and botanicals. The pouch is the product, and we formulate, fill, can, and ship it.
Oral pouch co-packing means a manufacturer produces finished pouch products under your brand: formulation, pouch filling, canning, labeling, and release testing handled on their line. It is the same service model as contract manufacturing, and at PouchMade both run through the same Dallas facility.
Yes. We run customer formulations after our lab validates them for the buccal format, or we build from our own platforms across 180+ validated actives and 40+ flavor systems. Either way you approve a physical sample before production.
Moist, semi-moist, and dry pouch formats in standard sizes with custom available. Standard can counts are 15, 20, and 25 pouches per can, with matte, gloss, soft-touch, and foil label finishes.
From 5,000 cans to 2 million cans per batch. First runs and national retail orders come off the same line with the same batch records, COAs, and retention samples.
First samples typically arrive in about 2 weeks*. Concept to shelf runs 4-6 weeks* depending on whether you launch on a platform formulation or need custom development. Timelines depend on sample approval, artwork submitted, and confirmed ingredients in stock.
