Phase 01WEEK 1

Kickoff & brief lock

We write it down so nobody is surprised later.

Signed scope of work, formulation direction documented, packaging direction agreed, regulatory approach confirmed. You meet your project team: our lead formulator, QA lead handling regulatory and compliance, and a commercial project manager who's your single point of contact going forward.

Phase 02WEEK 2-3

R&D and First Samples

Actives, flavor, texture. Dialed in the lab.

Our lead formulator builds the first round of lab samples. You receive multiple formulation variations for taste and feedback. We iterate based on your input until we land on the formulation you want to bring to market.

Phase 03WEEK 3

Design, regulatory, and stability

In parallel, so nothing waits.

Three workstreams kick off simultaneously. Design begins on packaging concepts, label systems, and retail mockups through our design network. Regulatory finalizes claims and label language with our QA lead. Shelf-life stability testing starts with an independent lab and typically runs about six months. Our white label energy formula already has it complete; custom formulas can launch on a manufactured-on date while the study finishes, then move to an expiration date once the data is in.

Phase 04WEEK 4–8

Production

cGMP execution.

Your product runs on lines dedicated to its product category. Production updates from your project manager throughout the run. Every batch is documented and reviewed before release, and every finished powder goes to a third-party lab, with results following on standard turnaround.

Phase 05WEEK 8+

Fulfillment and reorder

From shipment to steady state.

Made in America from our Dallas facility, with central US logistics that ship fast to both coasts. Your product goes to your warehouse, 3PL, or retail distribution center, and reorders run on your timeline. As your brand grows, we scale with you on new SKUs, packaging refreshes, and channel expansions. One manufacturer, from first run to steady state.
