What's the minimum order for custom R&D?
Custom R&D engagements typically start from a defined project fee covering formulation, sampling, and stability work. MOQs for production runs depend on format and complexity — we'll scope this clearly before you commit.
Will you turn down briefs?
Sometimes. If a concept isn't viable, safe, or something we can execute to the standard it deserves, we'll tell you early. We'd rather lose a brief than ship something that damages your brand.
