We built PouchMade after launching a pouch brand ourselves and going through the contract manufacturer search. It was broken at every step. Slow responses, opaque pricing, MOQs that locked out anyone under a certain size. We built what we wished existed when we were the founder on the other end of those calls.

OUR STORY

Why we built this.

The modern pouch category emerged faster than the supply chain was built to support it. Founders with strong products and smart positioning kept running into the same wall: manufacturers with sixteen-week lead times, opaque pricing, weak regulatory support, and no interest in anything that looked like real R&D.

We started PouchMade to be the opposite of that. In-house R&D so formulations get built around your brief, not our menu. US-based cGMP manufacturing built for serious brands. Regulatory and QA leadership that protects your launch before it ships. Pricing without surprises. Timelines we communicate, not assume. Documentation that holds up to audit.
